I normally don't write reviews unless I am extremely impressed or upset with service providers. However, today I decided to leave a review about insurance shops. To start with, we had so many issues with our previous insurance broker/agent. Recommended by a friend, we changed our insurance broker to insurance shops. The staff named Lena Webster who took over our insurance matters is just amazing. She fixed all our issues that were created by our previous broker and made everything in order. Not only that, every time we have any insurance related questions, doubts and issues, she doesn't hesitate to spend hours with the insurance company as well as Pennie to find an answer or settle our issues. She is extremely responsible and responsive. If you call in to ask for her or write an email, she always gets back to you. Over the months, she never missed a single promise made by herself (I am sure all those who dealt with her knew what I am talking about). Insurance is hard... so many hoops to jump through! I was struggling to find a plan that fit my needs, but with just a few simple questions, Ron found me the perfect plan that fit my needs and budget! I was hesitant to call simply because i was afraid he was going to be another salesman trying to make that commission money.. boy was i wrong! Ron was super professional, knew EXACTLY what he was talking about and suggested the perfect plan for me. Never once did i feel pressured. Never felt like he was trying to gauge the depth of my wallet. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for insurance, he's no BS and will get you the plan you need!

I recently had a strange issue where the insurance we have been using for 2 years, suddenly lost the 1 before my son's birthday. He was in the hospital and about to be transferred for special care. Things got held up because the birthday was not matching up. It was the weekend and we tried calling and online and could not get it corrected. Ron had it corrected in no time flat and saved my son from another night in the hospital!! Can't recommend them enough! Take the guesswork out of buying insurance, get your questions answered. I recommend checking in with them each year.

Both Faye and her husband were very helpful. Faye helped me choose a great Medicare advantage plan. It saved me approximately $175,000 when I was hospitalized for 11 days this past winter. When my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer, she could no longer work. Because of that, we lost our insurance. At the time, I was a nursing student and health insurance is a requirement for clinicals. I felt so lost about how to apply or buy insurance.
